To avoid delays, make sure to include a message with the type of device that you have. If it is Android, IOS, STB Emulator, MAG Box. If you have a MAG Box send us your MAC Address and Portal URL we provided with order.

Login details to start using THE service will be emailed to you within the same day. depending on the timezone you might be able to get the details in your email within 30 minutes after your payment.

The server allows only one device connected at a time per subscription. If you would like to use more than one device we can provide a second subscription at a discounted price.

PLEASE NOTE: JP Electronics do not own the servers or the channels as these are free to air satellite TV channels. We just re-sell activation’s for them & help you connect to their server and manage your subscription. There are no refunds once the account has been activated as this is how IPTV works. If we activate your service with your MAC-address, you can not change to M3U later and vice versa as they are different servers and channel providers.

    ive been using this service for a long time many years its normally pretty good but for some reason they are taking to long to activate now and are not replying when i message them its getting very frustrating

    My subscription stopped working after fews days of it being activated. I was told its my emulator. Doesn’t make any sense to me when the same emulator is working fine with other subscriptions

    I have been using this service for a while and it was good.This time the experience has been very bad.I renewed for 3 months paid him for it and he just renewed for 2 months so I texted, emailed, and called but no response or changes made to my account.very very disappointed.Maybe that is why people do monthly renewal so they don’t steal your money. It’s not a lot but it’s not right /ethical.

    Contents are good but streaming is worst. Not sure exactly poor streaming is due to package itself or JP electronics or internet speed. Obviously, no will take the blame. Anyway, this is what I feel. Not changing to other service because I do not have time to try 10 diff things. Thanks to youtube as best alternative.

Hi does anyone have issues of renewing for 3 months and he just renewed it for 2 months ? I paid for 3 months …keep texting him but he does not respond at all so not professional!
I rebooted my device 4 times just to be sure at different times and no changes have been made.
It’s been 3 days since I renewed really disappointed!!!!

Hi! Express Iptv subscribers. Is anyone having issues with Express iptv? It is freezing a lot. Internet 1GB , also changed to a new 424w3. Direct connection to the modem. It cannot be internet issues cause I have GOLD iptv with wireless connection and it is flawless and never issues. Please comment and lmk. Thanks

Please can you get the admin to update the server software to work with new mag boxes. Express Iptv interface on mag 424 w3 is not working properly. Thank you.

Express Iptv has been lagging a lot for 2 days now. Is there an issue. I have 1 gb internet. Connected directly to modem. 3 times a day I have to reboot the box.

I received email saying “Your order #23543 (July 25, 2019) at JP Electronics has been completed” but I still don’t see the subscription date extended. It is still going to expire tomorrow. Can you complete it ASAP.

Subscription date gets updated upon reload the portal. Once you reload the portal then only you will see new expiry date.
